Refund and cancellation policy – Motion Sky Studio

Motion Sky Studio is a creative production studio specializing in motion graphics, video editing, and visual effects (VFX). By using our website or services, you agree to the following policies.

1. Cancellation Before Work Starts

• If you cancel a paid project before any planning, research, concept creation, AI generation, design, editing, scripting, voiceover, video work or resource allocation has started, you may request a refund after deduction of payment gateway charges, administrative charges, third-party charges and any committed costs, if applicable.

2. Cancellation After Work Starts

• If work has started but no first draft has been shared, a partial refund may be considered after deducting work completed and costs incurred.
• If a first draft, concept, script, creative preview, mockup, voice sample, video preview or design direction has been shared, the project will generally be treated as active and may not be eligible for a full refund.
• If final files have been delivered or the client has approved the work, refunds will not normally be provided.
• Change of mind, change in business plan, delayed client feedback, internal approval issue or preference change after work starts does not automatically qualify for refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom design, video, branding, AI image, voiceover, campaign strategy and social media work already created.
• Third-party tool costs, stock assets, paid AI credits, domain, hosting, printing, ad spend or media buying costs paid on behalf of the client.
• Urgent delivery charges once priority work has started.
• Approved final deliverables and source/preparation work.

4. Revision Instead of Refund

• Our first approach is to resolve genuine quality or mismatch issues through revisions within the agreed scope.
• If the issue can reasonably be corrected through revision, refund may not be applicable.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payment

• If a duplicate payment, excess payment or incorrect payment is verified, PY Studio will process an adjustment or refund to the original payment method where possible.
• Bank, UPI, gateway or processing delays may apply.

6. Refund Processing Time

• Eligible refunds are normally initiated within 7 to 10 business days after written approval of the refund request, subject to banking/payment gateway timelines and verification of the project status.
